What do the different Roles mean?

Owner

An "Owner" has full access to the tool and is in control of the billing and general account management. Typically, the "Owner" is the individual who oversees your organisation's IT management. The level of access for the "Role" of "Owner" is not customisable.

Manager/Supervisor

The level of access for "Manager" and "Supervisor" are completely customisable, depending on the amount of functionality they need access to.

Employee

The level of access for "Employee" is completely customisable, depending on the amount of functionality they need access to.

Limited Access

Users with the "Role" of "Limited Access" are able to log into the Setyl platform. The level of access for the "Role" of "Limited Access" is not customisable. The only task that People with the "Role" of "Limited Access" can access are Surveys requested for them to complete in a tab called "My Tasks".
