Owners
An Owner has full access to the tool and is in control of the billing and general account management. Usually, the Owner will be the individual who oversees your organisation's IT management. It is also important to note that the individual permissions are not customisable for an owner.
Managers
The level of access for managers is customisable, depending on the amount of functionality they need access to. For example, a person with the "Role" of "Manager" within Setyl may be the national IT manager for a business with regional teams.
