Compliance with Laws: Setyl Ltd will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding modern slavery and human trafficking, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in the United Kingdom. Risk Assessment: We will conduct regular assessments to identify and assess the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chains. This assessment will help us identify vulnerable areas and take appropriate actions to mitigate those risks. 

Due Diligence: Setyl Ltd will implement due diligence processes to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not present in our business or supply chains. This includes assessing suppliers, contractors, and business partners to ensure they adhere to our values and ethical standards. 

Supplier Engagement: We will work closely with our suppliers, contractors, and business partners to promote responsible business practices. We will encourage them to adopt and implement policies and procedures to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking. Training and Awareness: Setyl Ltd will provide training and awareness programs to our employees to ensure they understand the risks of modern slavery and their role in preventing it. This will include training on identifying potential indicators of modern slavery and reporting procedures. 

Whistleblowing: We maintain a confidential and anonymous reporting mechanism that allows employees, suppliers, or other stakeholders to report concerns regarding modern slavery or human trafficking. We will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action as necessary. 

Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continually reviewing and improving our processes to combat modern slavery. We will monitor the effectiveness of our policies, procedures, and training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure their ongoing effectiveness. 

Responsibilities

Senior Management: The senior management team of Setyl Ltd is responsible for implementing and monitoring this policy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and promoting a culture of transparency and accountability. 

Employees: All employees have a responsibility to familiarize themselves with this policy, comply with its provisions, and report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking in accordance with our whistleblowing procedures. 

Suppliers and Contractors: We expect our suppliers and contractors to adhere to this policy and to have their own policies and procedures in place to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking. We will work collaboratively with our suppliers to promote responsible business practices and improve standards across our supply chains

Review 

This Modern Slavery Policy will be reviewed annually or as required to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness. The policy will be updated to reflect any changes in legislation or industry best practices.
