We will encourage them to adopt and implement policies and procedures to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking. Training and Awareness: Setyl Ltd will provide training and awareness programs to our employees to ensure they understand the risks of modern slavery and their role in preventing it. This will include training on identifying potential indicators of modern slavery and reporting procedures. 

Whistleblowing: We maintain a confidential and anonymous reporting mechanism that allows employees, suppliers, or other stakeholders to report concerns regarding modern slavery or human trafficking. We will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action as necessary.

Senior Management: The senior management team of Setyl Ltd is responsible for implementing and monitoring this policy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and promoting a culture of transparency and accountability. 

Employees: All employees have a responsibility to familiarize themselves with this policy, comply with its provisions, and report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking in accordance with our whistleblowing procedures. 

Suppliers and Contractors: We expect our suppliers and contractors to adhere to this policy and to have their own policies and procedures in place to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking. We will work collaboratively with our suppliers to promote responsible business practices and improve standards across our supply chains

This Modern Slavery Policy will be reviewed annually or as required to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness. The policy will be updated to reflect any changes in legislation or industry best practices.
