These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
