Updated App management

What’s new?

A dedicated workflow for app detection, onboarding and management
Okta and JumpCloud AIM integrations
NetSuite accounting package integration

The new, dedicated workflow for license detection, onboarding and management of software apps integrates seamlessly with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure), JumpCloud, Microsoft SSO, Google SSO and Google IdP.

Once you onboard an app provider into Setyl, you can add license information, either automatically pulled in from your AIM (Okta, JumpCloud, Microsoft Entra ID, etc.) or manually.

This includes the license administrator, start and end dates, notice periods, cost information and license assignees. And thanks to automated renewal reminders, you’ll never be caught out with an unwanted renewal!‍

In addition, connecting your accounting package to Setyl allows you to see actual spend per license, providing unrivaled visibility of your software estate. We currently support integrations with NetSuite and Xero, with QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics expected during the coming months.

New MDM and endpoint services integrations

Get a consolidated view of each of your employees' assets, including those assigned through your MDM. Use our integrations to automatically detect and import assets from your MDM into your Setyl account.

Our MDM and endpoint integrations now include Microsoft Intune/Autopilot, N-able N-central, Cisco Meraki, Snipe-IT, SimpleMDM, Google Endpoint Management, and Atera. We'll also be adding Datto and ConnectWise soon.

Support for leased assets

Track and monitor leased assets as part of your overall asset register in Setyl, alongside owned assets. Our new, dedicated functionality allows you to easily upload leased asset information from a CSV file, so you can more effectively monitor lease expirations, renewals and purchases.

Gone are the days of being locked into unnecessary leasing arrangements for people who have already left the company!

Zendesk integration

Get visibility on your Zendesk support tickets, and link them to specific assets and applications within Setyl. Learn more about how to connect Zendesk to Setyl.

Look out for the Jira Service Desk integration coming soon.
