But first, have you heard the news? We’re once again a G2 High Performer in the Spring 2024 Grid® Report for IT Asset Management & Asset Tracking!

Thank you to everyone who took the time to post a review and help make this possible. Read the reviews right here.

1. Streamline vendor due diligence

Build a full picture of your vendors, protect your organization and customers from vendor risks, and comply with regulatory requirements with our new vendor audit features.

Step 1. Create your Vendor Audit Questionnaires. Use our default questionnaires, customize them, or create your own, tailored to your organization’s specific requirements.

Step 2. Make it a requirement for users to fill out these questionnaires when onboarding new Apps in Setyl.

This information will then be stored and easily accessible directly inside your Setyl account, keeping everything in one place.

Read our article to learn more about how these new vendor due diligence features work.

2. Stay on top of your assets’ lease expirations

Effectively manage your leased assets, and avoid unnecessary charges or renewals, with our new Leased Assets Timeline.

Just like the existing App Timeline, the Leased Asset Timeline helps you visually monitor leases which are due to expire.

Navigate to Assets > Leased Assets > Timeline in your account to access your timeline. The timeline will auto-populate based on the information in your assets’ Lease Expiry Date data field.

3. Sync your Datto or Kandji MDM data

Automatically import assets, identify shadow IT and turn Setyl into your source of truth with a connection to your MDM.

Our MDM connections allow you to discover and import MDM-listed assets, together with their specifications, installed software and assignees, into your Setyl account.

Our MDM and RMM integrations now include Datto and Kandji, in addition to Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, Jamf, Okta, JumpCloud, N-able N-central, Cisco Meraki, Snipe-IT, SimpleMDM, Google Endpoint Management, and Atera.

4. Visually confirm the condition of in-use assets

Verify the condition of assets currently in use by requiring your employees to submit photos when deploying your surveys.

Our Asset Surveys now include the option to upload up to three photos (front, back and specifics) for each asset, helping you confirm and record this information inside Setyl.

Head to Settings > Company Settings > Surveys > Asset Surveys > Photo Capture to set up this feature based on your preferences.
