1. Invite vendors to complete their own Audit Questionnaires
Save time and effort by sending your Vendor Audit Questionnaires directly to your third-party vendors to complete themselves with our new functionality.
How to share your questionnaires:
- Navigate to the Onboarding/Onboarding checklist tab in the profile of any App currently in the onboarding stage.
- In the Vendor Audit section, locate the questionnaire you want to send and click Share Questionnaire. This will open a side window.
- Copy the Link and PIN code, and share them with your vendor via your preferred communication channel. The link will remain active for up to 45 days.
You will be notified when the recipient opens and completes the questionnaire. Once completed, you can review and approve each response, before finalizing the App onboarding process.
Review how the Vendor Audit Questionnaires work.
2. Get a clear overview of asset availability with the Asset Catalog
Easily monitor asset availability and identify items that are low in stock and need reordering with our new Catalog functionality.
The Catalog allows you to organize assets into customizable categories — such as “Apple laptops,” “Sales headsets” or “Developer laptops” — and display stock levels by asset status (In Use, Available, For Collection, etc.).
Learn more about how the Catalog works, and how it lays the foundation for more upcoming platform features, including employee onboarding templates, and request and approval workflows.
3. Categorize assets by criticality levels
To improve safeguarding measures and comply with ITIL and other standards, you can now classify and filter your assets by criticality levels. Once recorded, this helps you to quickly identify assets which are critical to your organization.
You can record this information for both your Assets and Apps, and choose from five priority levels: None, Low, Medium, High or Critical.
To update the criticality level of an Asset: Go to the Asset profile and locate the Criticality field in the Overview tab, under Status & Assignments. You can also use the bulk select and edit function to update multiple assets at the same time.
Any Asset which is missing criticality information will appear under Assets > Suggestions > No Criticality.
To update the criticality level of an App: Navigate to the App profile, and find the Criticality field on the top right.
4. Bulk complete asset reminders
To help you manage your assets more efficiently, you can now mark multiple asset reminders as completed at the same time.
In your Assets > Reminders overview, simply select all relevant reminders and click “Complete [#] Reminders.”
5. Navigate the updated menu items
To accommodate new features while maintaining a user-friendly interface, we’ve updated several menu items.
You can now find:
- Discovered Assets under Assets > All Assets > Discovered tab at the top of the page.
- Invoices & Documents under Reports on the main menu.
- Support in your avatar dropdown menu at the top right of your screen.
We hope you find these new updates useful!
